Before you arrive

Directions, credentials, gates, what to pack.

Arrival

Wednesday for 5-day. Friday for 3-day.

5-day pass holders arrive Wednesday May 20 at 12 PM PT. 3-day pass holders arrive Friday May 22 at 10 AM PT. Campgrounds close Monday 5/25 at 10 AM PT. Bring a photo ID and the confirmation email from Infamous.

Parking

Iron Bark for press.

Press parks in Iron Bark with staff and artist parking. Show your credential at the gate. If you have a special vehicle setup, email Zoe ahead of time to confirm placement.

Credentials

Pick up at Box Office.

Press wristbands are at Box Office during posted hours. Bring photo ID and your INFAMOUS confirmation email. The whole party must be present to pick up credentials — Box Office will not hold or transfer wristbands, and staff only hand them out to put on a wrist. A logistics email is not proof of credentials; if your INFAMOUS contact removes you from the list before arrival, you won't be able to enter. Photo bands for the pit (if you qualified) are a separate pickup at the press tent.

Embargo

Everything lifts Wednesday at noon.

All press kit materials are embargoed until the festival opens, Wednesday May 20 at 12 PM PT, unless explicitly noted otherwise. Day-of materials and surprise announcements carry their own windows. Early release of embargoed materials results in revocation of press access for the journalist and outlet.

Driving Directions

Via Interstate 5 (North or South) — follow these steps after exiting:

  1. 01Take Interstate 5 North or South
  2. 02Exit Bear Mountain Rd / HWY 223
  3. 03Go West on Bear Mountain Rd / HWY 223 for 4 miles
  4. 04Turn right onto Coles Levee Rd and continue for 3 miles

Tips for Smooth Travel

  • —Easy access to your ID — 18+ event; Will Call & Guest List both require ID at the Box Office.
  • —Do your research — Scope the map, read the arrival guide, get familiar with options + gate hours before arriving.
  • —Manage expectations — There is ONE road in and out of LIB. Ingress will be slow during peak arrival. Embrace it.
  • —Practice patience & gratitude — The team moves everyone in as safely + quickly as possible. Smile, give high fives or elbow bumps, show appreciation.
  • —Be respectful of our amazing neighbors — Stay in vehicles, don't block driveways, keep music down, trash inside, use gas station facilities before exiting the highway.
  • —Arrive together — The ONLY way to guarantee a camping spot next to friends. Once a campground is full, the entrance closes — even if friends saved space.

On the ground

Press tent, contacts, on-site rules, day-to-day.

Photo policy

No drones. Photo bands in the pit.

Press wristbands grant field photo access — the highest level available given photographer allocations. DSLRs, 360-degree cameras, and cameras with detachable lenses are permitted with a press wristband. Drones are strictly prohibited: any UAV found on, from, or above the venue will be confiscated by ground staff and held for the remainder of the event, regardless of size, weight, or purpose.

Video policy

Professional video requires approval.

Professional video is strictly prohibited at the festival unless specifically approved by an INFAMOUS PR team member. Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival for the remainder of the weekend.

Press tent

South of Gate 9.

The press tent is just south of Gate 9, near Group Camp Check In. Staffed Thursday 3–6 PM and Friday through Sunday 12–4 PM — the space is available to use throughout festival hours. Wi-Fi network: LIB-press. Power, USB-C, and an LTE backup hotspot for filing. Anyone with an Infamous PR badge can help.
